Deeside is a conservative independent evangelical church that has come out of a Bretheren/Baptist background, situated at the heart of Milltimber community 6 miles west of Aberdeen. We are committed to clear, relevant book by book Bible exposition, lively blended worship that combines the richest of Christian songs ancient and modern, believer's baptism, and bi-weekly communion. The church has a good spread of ages, with 320 members and another 150 adherents from a variety of churched and unchurched backgrounds. A network of bi-weekly home groups allows us to study questions from Sunday morning preaching, and offer every member pastoral care in a large congregation. Alpha courses, prison work, work among the homelesss, school outreach, and a particularly strong network of Youth Fellowships are among the many ministries of the church, and our growing number of domestic and international students are welcome to take full part during their time in Aberdeen.
